JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – Continuing its three-match road swing in the Sunshine State, the Belmont University men's tennis team takes on the University of North Florida Wednesday afternoon before facing Stetson University Thursday afternoon. Both matches will see a 1 p.m. CT/2 p.m. ET first serve.

Fresh off a 5-2 neutral-site win over NCAA Division II 20th-ranked Ferris State Monday in central Florida, the Bruins (2-6) head to the UNF Tennis Complex in Jacksonville, Florida. On Thursday, Belmont will visit the Mandy Stoll Tennis Center in DeLand, Florida.

Both the Ospreys (2-6) and the Hatters (8-2) are former Atlantic Sun Conference opponents for the Bruins as Belmont competed in the ASUN from 2002-12.

The Bruins last played North Florida in April of 2012 and Stetson in March of 2017.

The Ospreys enter Wednesday having lost four of their last five matches. North Florida's two wins this year have come at home versus Radford (5-2) and South Carolina State (5-2). The doubles duo of seniors Jonas Hartenstein and Rodrigo Crespo is ranked 52nd in the nation.

The Hatters are ranked 69th in this week's Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) national poll and have won seven matches in a row after a 1-2 start. Stetson hasn't played since Feb. 25 but won both of its last two matches 5-2 against Georgia Southern and at Mercer. Road matches at Florida Atlantic (7-0) and Georgia State (6-1) represent the Hatters' two losses this season.
