NASHVILLE, TENN. - - Belmont (24-27, 11-13 MVC) closed out the home portion of their season on Sunday afternoon. The Bruins and Missouri State (20-31, 9-15 MVC) finished their weekend series on a beautiful day at E.S. Rose Park.
The Senior Day festivities began with the senior dads taking batting practice in the morning. All of the players' moms also threw out a ceremonial first pitch before the game.

Missouri State took care of business on the diamond and left Nashville with a 12-0 seven-inning victory.
Bruin Bullets
Missouri State's offense scored a pair of runs in the fourth inning on an RBI single from Logan Chambers and on a double play. The Bears then erupted for 10 runs on seven hits in the final three innings. Missouri State hit four home runs in the final three frames and won 12-0.
