OLDSMAR, Fla. – The Belmont women's golf team stands in seventh place after round one of the Don Benbow Invitational held Monday at Ardea Country Club in Oldsmar, Florida.
The Bruins posted a first round score of 324 to finish the day in seventh place. Western Michigan has the lead at 310, while Fairleigh Dickinson is in second place at 312.
Two Belmont golfers are among the top-25 after 18 holes of play. Junior
Chloe Tarkany is alone in second place after shooting a one-over par 73 on Monday. She is one shot back of the individual leader, Anete Adul of Fairleigh Dickinson (EVEN). The Arizona native posted three birdies and four bogeys on her card today.
Senior
Eva Graham is in a tie for 24
th place after carding an eight over par 80.

Sloane Biddle (T-67, 86), and sophomore
Paige Hammarstrom (T-75, 87).
Freshman
Sophie Skoog is competing as an individual and is tied for 85
th place at 89.
