ST. AUGUSTINE, Fla. – The Belmont women's golf team is in 15
th place after day one of the Coach Mo Classic held this week at St. John's Golf and Country Club in St. Augustine, Florida.
The Bruins shot rounds of 306 and 324 to finish the day in 15
th place at 630. Nationally ranked Purdue has the team lead at 577, with Charleston in second at 585.
Leading the way for Belmont is junior
Chloe Tarkany, who is tied for 39
th place at 154. The Arizona native carded rounds of 75 and 79 on Monday.
Freshman
Sloane Biddle is one shot back of Tarkany and in a tie for 44
th place at 155. She posted rounds of 74 and 81.
Other Belmont scores from day one included: senior
Eva Graham (T-55, 157), freshman
Emilee Swagger (T-81, 166), and freshman
Sophie Skoog 90
th, 176).
Purdue's Natasha Kiel has the individual lead at 139.
