OLD HICKORY, Tenn. – The Belmont women's golf team finished in ninth place at the Nashville Invitational held this week at Hermitage Golf Course.
The Bruins posted a final round 303 to finish in ninth place at 914. Delaware won the team title with a score of 882, with Lipscomb in second at 887.
Two Belmont golfers finished among the top-20. Graduate student
Chloe Tarkany and sophomore
Sloane Biddle each tied for 12
th place at 222. Biddle shot a final round 69, while Tarkany posted a 75. They finished five shots back of the medalist, Ava Bankston of Lipscomb (217).
It was Biddle's seventh top-20 finish of the season and Tarkany's fifth.
