HUNTINGTON, W. Va. – The Belmont men's golf team finished in ninth place at the Joe Feaganes Marshall Invitational held this week at Guyan Golf and Country Club in Huntington, West Virginia.
The Bruins shot a final round 288 to finish in ninth place at 863. Host Marshall won the team title with a score of 824. Longwood placed second at 839, while Morehead State was third at 840.
Two Bruins finished among the top-30 at the event. Sophomore
Chris Harpum posted his first career top-10 as a Bruin as he finished tie for 10
th place at 209. He shot an one-under par 70 in Tuesday's final round. The Kentucky native finished four shots back of the medalist, Cameron Jarvis of Marshall (205).
Fellow sophomore
Jack Darke posted a final round 72 to finish in a tie for 29
th place at 215.
Other Belmont scores from the tournament included: junior

Grant Clark (T-70, 224).
Two Bruins competed as individuals: graduate student
Foster Wood (T-54, 221) and freshman
Brennan Cozad (79
th, 229).
The men's golf team will be back in action next Monday and Tuesday at the Grover Page Classic in Jackson, Tennessee.
