NASHVILLE, Tenn. - - Belmont University volleyball head coachÂ
Fritz Rosenberg released the program's fall schedule Wednesday.
The Bruins will face eight Top 100 opponents and have 13 regular season home matches at the Curb Event Center.
"We are excited about how our schedule came together," Rosenberg said. "Our ability to compete against numerous major conference and championship-caliber programs in the non-conference will serve to sharpen us heading into Missouri Valley Conference play. Our program has tremendous momentum; our players and staff are committed to build on the successes of last season and best position us for postseason play."
Following exhibition matches at Austin Peay and North Alabama, Belmont will head to the crossroads of the west and picturesque Salt Lake City, Utah for the Wildcat Invitational. The Bruins will have matches against San Jose State, San Francisco, and host Weber State.
Belmont returns home for Labor Day Weekend and the Belmont Invitational presented by Hyatt Place Green Hills. The Bruins welcome area rivals South Alabama, Samford, and Middle Tennessee Sept. 4-6.
From there, Belmont heads to the research triangle of North Carolina, for matches with Duke, NC State, and Marshall the weekend of Sept. 12-13.
Non-conference play closes in style with two marquee matchups at the Curb Event Center.
The Bruins host Vanderbilt Sept. 17, in an encore of last year's historic outdoor match on Wyatt Lawn. The event was among the highest-rated volleyball matches on SEC Network in 2025.
Then Sept. 19, Belmont hosts Lipscomb in the Battle of the Boulevard. The Bruins defeated Lipscomb in four sets last season as part of their 9-1 start to the season.
The 16-match Missouri Valley Conference schedule commences Sept. 25 at Valparaiso.
Other notable dates include a three-match homestand vs. Indiana State, Evansville, and Southern Illinois Oct. 2-8 and a Nov. 6 matchup at defending conference champion and NCAA Round of 32 participant Northern Iowa.
Regular season plays concludes Nov. 14 vs. Illinois State.
