NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Belmont University Track & Field programs have earned All-Academic Team recognition from the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) for the 2025-26 season.
Announced by the coaches association in July, Belmont men put together a 3.29 cumulative team grade-point average during the 2025-26 academic year. The GPA represents the team's cumulative GPA (over collegiate career) for all student-athletes on the program's NCAA squad list for the indoor and outdoor seasons.
In order to be eligible for the USTFCCCA All-Academic Team award, a team must have a cumulative team GPA of 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale.
Belmont women met this benchmark as well, joining the list of honorees at a 3.63 collective GPA for the year.
Both Belmont teams have made the USTFCCCA's All-Academic roster 13 of the last 14 seasons.
Athletes who have been individually honored in previous years include Tyra Finkeldey,
Logan Gray, Madelyn Quinn,
Rebekah Stucker,
Kaitlyn Vanderkolk, and
Austin Belle. To earn USTFCCCA All-Academic Athlete honors, student-athletes must have a cumulative GPA of 3.25 or higher on a 4.0 scale after at least two semesters at the nominating institution and must meet stringent athletic criteria. For the indoor season, student-athletes must have finished the season ranked in the top 96 nationally in any championship individual event, or in the top 48 in any championship relay event. For the outdoor season, student-athletes must have participated in any round of the NCAA DI Championships or must have finished the season ranked in the top 48 in the NCAA East or West Regions.
