The Sycamores jumped out to a 4-0 lead behind a solo home run from Jacob Hayes and a bases clearing double from Derek Hannahs.
Drew Ferguson (Knoxville, Tenn.) blasted his fourth homer of the season in the sixth. A sacrifice fly from Nick Egli (Brentwood, Tenn.) scored Alec Diamond (Kennesaw, Ga.), who doubled to left field after Ferguson's home run.
Patrick McGrath pitched his first complete game for the Bruins. The junior allowed seven hits and struck out four.
The Bruins (4-2) return to action tomorrow at 1:00pm against Dayton.
