Bruin Bullets
  • Shortstop Pete Daniel continues to lead the team in batting average (.371), hits (59), on-base percentage (.448), doubles (12) and is tied with Charlie Davis for a team-high 19 stolen bases. Daniel's .371 batting average is the highest mark by a player since All-American Guy Lipscomb in 2022, with a .406 batting average. Daniel ranks second in the MVC in hits, tied for second with Davis in stolen bases and fourth in batting average.

  • Michael Lareau remains one of the hottest bats in the Belmont lineup. The redshirt junior leads the Bruins with a staggering .516 batting average, 16 hits and 8 RBIs in the last 10 games. He has stolen five bases during that stretch.  Larues carries a career-high nine games in Tuesday's game.
  • Lake Morris is scheduled to make his fourth start of the season; his first on the road. The freshman southpaw has struck out three batters in four of his last five outings.

The team program record for most stolen bases in a season is 124 set back in 2005.
