NASHVILLE, Tenn. - - Belmont University women's soccer head coach
Kelsey Cameron announced Thursday the signing of Megan Miller to play soccer for the Bruins, starting in the fall of 2025.
Â
Miller spent this past season at Xavier, where she logged 67 minutes in four match appearances for the Musketeers; Xavier finished in second place in the Big East Conference and ended the season No. 29 in the RPI rankings.
Â
"From our first conversation, I knew that Megan would be a great fit at Belmont and in our program," Cameron said. "Even more, I knew her drive and competitiveness were elements we needed to continue to raise the bar, as we seek to win an MVC Championship. Megan is a hard-working outside back with a gritty mentality and she is solid 1v1. She is good on the ball and will bring an attacking element to our outside back position. She has ability to drive with the ball or to combine to move forward and join the attack. We are so excited to welcome Megan to Belmont!"
Â
The Columbus, Ohio native was a three-year letterwinner and all-conference player at Worthington Kilbourne High School.
Â
Miller played club soccer for highly-regarded Ohio Premier, with returning All-MVC Bruins
Reagan Ross and
Ava Labocki.
