NASHVILLE, Tenn.—Belmont University Women's Soccer heads to Martin, Tennessee to take on the University of Tennessee at Martin.

- The Bruins had a busy past week competing in three OVC matchup competitions
- Belmont fell 1-0 to Eastern Illinois on Sunday, recording tweleve shots, two saves, and three corners
- The Bruins outshot the Panthers 12 to 6 but could not find the back of the net
- Belmont claimed victory over Morehead State 2-1 with both goals scored by defender Loren House
- Both goals were scored off set pieces finding the feet of House
- Riley Casey earned her first assist of the season for the first goal
- Natalie Haverland and Rachel Vernon were accredited the assist for the second goal
- Leitner recorded her fourth OVC shutout against Morehead State making it her fifth of the season
- The Bruins recorded seven shots, four saves, and three corner kicks in their victory over Morehead State
- On Tuesday the Bruins fell to the Golden Eagles 2-1, their first OVC loss of the season
- The sole goal of the match was scored by Rachel Vernon after a free kick that was bobbled through the eighteen finding the feet of Vernon to score for the Bruins
- The Bruins recorded six shots, two saves, and three corner kicks against the Golden Eagles
- The Bruins trail the Skyhawks 11-10 in the all-time series matchup
- At their last meeting in the spring of 2021 Belmont fell to UT Martin 1-0
- In 2019, the year the Bruins went on to win the OVC Championship the Bruins defeated No. 3 seeded UT Martin 3-2 in the tournament
