- Belmont University enters its sixth OVC postseason tournament seeded the highest in program history
- The Bruins finished third in regular season Ohio Valley Conference Play with a cumulative record of 8-7-1 and a conference record of 5-3
- Belmont was ranked fifth in the OVC Preseason Poll
- In 2019 the Bruins won the OVC Championship in a penalty kick shootout against SIUE
- The Bruins then got an automatic bid into the NCAA Tournament appearing against The University of North Carolina
- Rachel Vernon was named OVC Defensive Player of the Week for the week of October, 17
- Andrea Leitner was named back-to-back OVC Goalkeeper of the week for the weeks of October, 26 and October, 3
- The Bruins lead the OVC in shot accuracy
- Maci Pekmezian leads the OVC in game winning goals ranked in the top 25 in the country at four
- Andrea Leitner ranks first in the OVC in shutouts
- The Bruins finished out regular season play falling 2-0 to SIUE, recording one shot, five saves, and three corner kicks
- The Bruins claimed victory 1-0 over No. #1 ranked UT Martin
- After a handball in the box, Peckmezian was able to capitalize off a penalty kick to secure a Bruin win
- In the regular season the Bruins defeated SEMO in double overtime
- Two minutes into the second overtime Summer Curtis fed Pekmezian the ball outside of the eighteen, a dagger shot past the Redhawks goalkeeper led the Bruins to their third conference win
- In 2019 the Bruins entered the OVC Tournament at #6 defeating #7Austin Peay in the first round 1-0, in the quarterfinals Belmont defeated #3 UT Martin 3-2, in the Semifinals the Bruins defeated Murray State 2-1
- The Bruins went on to win the OVC Championship Tournament title in a penalty kick shootout earning an automatic bid into the NCAA tournament where they fell to the University of North Carolina 5-0
