Cindy Morris-McMillon lettered in women’s basketball from 1978-1981 and was a versatile and dominating player for Belmont.  Once tabbed by an opposing coach as "the most intimidating player I've ever coached against," Morris-McMillon was named a NWSF All-American and earned All-VSAC and All-District honors during her playing career.

Morris-McMillon also possessed rare ball handling ability for a post player, and she was regularly used to handle opposing pressure defenses.

Cindy was a member of the 1981 VSAC Championship team and District 24 Championship team that missed out on nationals by one point.

Cindy ranks in the top 10 in school history in four statistical categories, including fourth in rebounding average (8.72) and seventh in scoring average (15.8). In 2001, she was named to the All-Striplin Gymnasium team.

Cindy, and teammate Gail Corder, played internationally in Caracas, Venezuela following their senior seasons.
