Keyser served Belmont Athletics for over two decades in a variety of leadership capacities.
As associate athletic director for student-athlete success, Keyser made a profound impact and enriched the lives of countless student-athletes through her mentorship and counsel in areas of academic advising, career placement and development, and student-athlete health and wellness.
Keyser also acted as department's liaison to human resources, spearheading new employee onboarding, professional development, and performance evaluations.
The Benton, Kentucky native led the athletic department's move to E.S. Rose Park as the primary outdoor sport athletic facility – from overseeing gameday operations, event management, sports medicine, and sports performance.
Moreover, Keyser played an instrumental role in Belmont's transition into the Atlantic Sun Conference in areas of NCAA compliance and academic data reporting.
Keyser also assumed leadership as sport administrator for baseball, and served on several head coaching search committees, including that of women's basketball head coach Bart Brooks.
